BrahMos, the world leader in cruise missile systems, is looking for young minds in below mentioned fields :

1. DGM (Strategic Planning & Corporate Affairs) Delhi : Degree in Engineering with MBA having a minimum of 6-10 years experience in High Technology projects/ joint ventures/ evolving strategic corporate planning and analysis/ joint ventures/ contract management/ business promtion and system analysis.
2. Dy. GM (QA/QC) Hyderabad : 1st class B.E. (Mech./ Production/ Aerospace Engineering) or equivalent with 6-10 years on the job experience in the areas of Quality Assurance/ Quality control in a reputed Aerospace component mfg. / Associate Company.
3. Dy. GM (Finance) Delhi & Hyderabad : ACA/ AICWA with 9 years post qualification experience in reputed National/ International Companies at Senior manager level level with proven track record in Finance, Foreign Exchange management, Computer Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation, MIS, Costing and Internal Audit etc.
4. Dy. GM (HR) / Sr. Executive (HR) Delhi : MBA in HR/ Personnel Management with 8-12 years experience in reputed National/ International Companies at Senior manager level level with proven track record in HR/ Personal/ Administrative affairs like Recruitment, Selection, Training & Development, Appraisal, Wages etc. should be well versed with various statutory industrial & labour laws, Personnel Management & HRD with minimum modern HR Policies & practice.
5. Sr. Executive (F&A) Delhi & Hyderabad : ACA/ ICWA with a minimum post qualification expereice of 6 years in Finance, Banking, Computer Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation, MIS, Foreign Exchange Management, Audit, Costing etc. in a reputed Manufacturing company or MNCs. Should have thorough exposure to audit procedure, finalisation of accounts, Bills payable, Central Excise and Sales tax procedures.
6. Executive (F&A) Delhi & Hyderabad : ACA/ ICWA with a minimum post qualification expereice of 3 years in Finance, Banking, Computer Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation, MIS, Foreign Exchange Management, Audit, Costing etc. in a reputed Manufacturing company or MNCs. Should have thorough exposure to audit procedure, finalisation of accounts, Bills payable, Central Excise and Sales tax procedures.
7. Exectutive (Contract) Delhi : Bachelors degree in engineering with 1st class/ MBA with a minimum post qualification experience of 5 years in contracts management. Knowledge of computer is essential.
8. Sr. Assistant (Contract) Delhi : Post Graduate in Commerce with 1st class and 3 years post qualification experience in contracts management. Proficiency in computer usage.
9. Sr. Assistant (F&A) Delhi & Hyderabad : Pass in intermediate exam of ICWA/ ACA or M.Com. with First Class (full time course) with 3 years experience in Finance & Accounts department of reputed manufacturing companies with computer accounting knowledge, compilation of account, auditing etc.
10. Assistants (F&A) Delhi & Hyderabad : Pass in First Class of Commerce Graduation with 2 years experience in Finance & Accounts Departments of a reputed manufacturing company with Computer Accounting knowledge, compilation of accounts, auditing etc.

Pay Scales :

1. DGM - Rs.33000-41500
2. Sr. Executive : Rs.29750-37750
3. Executive : Rs.21500-32000
4. Sr. Assistant : Rs.16500-24750
5. Assistant : Rs.11500-18250

Age : 45 years for DGM, 40 years for Sr. Executive, 35 years for Executive, Sr. Assistant, and 30 years for Assistants as on 01/01/2009.
