Experience: 8 – 15 Years

Desired Candidate profile:

* Extensive experience in Enterprise Application Development (J2EE)
* Hands on experience in Designing and Implementing Design Patterns
* Extensive knowledge in at least 5 design patterns
* Hands on experience is estimation & metrics
* Experience in managing, leading and guiding a team technically
* Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred
* Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
* Knowledge on Quality process implementation
* Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills
* Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
