Airtel has launched a Jobs on mobile service for job seekers in Karnataka. This mobile service caters to the lower middle class and low-income groups, who are in search of non-skilled jobs in the market. The company has launched this service in association with babajobs.com, a job portal specialising in blue collar jobs. The service claims to have a database of over 1,00,000 job feeds.

Airtel customers need to dial *321*666# on their mobilephone to access local jobs. They can select from a variety of job options like driver, cook, guard, nurse, housemaid etc. Also, users can choose their desired salary range, as well as preferred job locations, and can also change profiles, browse unlimited jobs for free and unsubscribe by dialling this same multi-modal number. This service is charged at Rs 10 for 10 days of job alerts. Customers get to receive alerts everyday for 10 days.
